Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 · JD Systems Global Limited

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between JD Systems Global Limited ("Dune Cloud", "Provider", "we") and the individual or entity accessing or using our infrastructure services ("Client", "you").

2. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Dune Cloud provides bare-metal and virtualized compute infrastructure. Provider does not possess root access, SSH keys, or any technical means to inspect, monitor, or alter data residing on Client instances. All credentials are generated client-side and are never transmitted to or stored by Provider.

3. Full Liability Transfer

The Client assumes 100% legal, civil, and criminal responsibility for any traffic, data, or services hosted on this infrastructure. Provider acts solely as a blind conduit. Provider bears no responsibility for the content, legality, or nature of any data processed on Client infrastructure.

4. No Logs Policy

Provider does not log IP addresses, connection times, session durations, or payload data. Technical logs necessary for infrastructure operation are purged within 24 hours. Any DMCA or abuse reports received will be forwarded to the Client; if unaddressed within 48 hours, the offending port will be null-routed until resolved.

5. Payment

All services are billed in advance via cryptocurrency. No refunds are issued for unused periods. Service is suspended upon non-payment and terminated after 7 days of non-payment. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

Client may not use Provider infrastructure to distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), conduct targeted attacks against critical national infrastructure, or engage in activities that could result in physical harm to individuals. All other uses are at Client's sole discretion and liability.

7. Service Availability

Provider targets 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. Provider is not liable for outages caused by force majeure, upstream network failures, or events outside Provider's direct control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 7 days written notice. Provider reserves the right to terminate immediately without notice or refund in cases of CSAM distribution or attacks on critical infrastructure as defined in Section 6.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules.
