Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment

Dune Cloud is built on a foundation of privacy. We collect the absolute minimum data necessary to operate our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

2. Data We Collect

• Authentication identifier — A one-way cryptographic hash of your login credential. The original value is never stored.
• Alias — A pseudonym you choose at contract signing. Not linked to any real identity.
• Payment transaction hash — On-chain transaction ID only. No wallet identity is stored.
• Contract signature hash — A SHA-256 binding of your alias and session at signing time.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• Real name, address, or government ID
• IP addresses or connection metadata
• Browsing behavior or usage analytics
• Contents of your hosted services or traffic

4. Anonymous Mailbox

Dune Cloud Anonymous Mailboxes are permanent, pseudonymous accounts. Inbox contents are encrypted at rest. We do not read, scan, or process email content. Mailboxes are not linked to any identity beyond your account alias.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. Upon termination, all account data is permanently deleted within 72 hours. Infrastructure logs are purged within 24 hours.

6. Third Parties

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. All QR codes and cryptographic operations are performed locally — no data is transmitted to external services.
